*What kind of product do you use?

       We use an aliphatic acrylic urethane which consists of a two part resin.

*How do you apply your product?

       Our product is a spray on application. The glaze/ resin is applied to a tub the
       same way paint is applied to a car. We apply 2-3 coats of primer as well as 2-3       
       coats of topcoat.

*How long does the refinishing process take?

       Tub only: 3-4 hours
       Tub/surround: 6 hours *we return on day 2 (approx. 1 hour) for a buff out process
       and removal of all masking.
       Bathroom vanity/ countertop: up to 6 hours when using stonfleck.
       * Additional drying time is needed when using stonefleck.
       Floors: usually takes 3 trips
            Day 1:prep the floor, mask the walls, spray the primer and stonefleck (this must
            dry over night)
            Day 2: sand floor and spray stoneguard (clear topcoat)
            Day3: remove all masking
            * There is a 24 hour wait period between spraying walls and floors. Walls must be 
               dry for 24 hours before masking can be applied prior to spraying the floor.

* How long before we can use our refinished surface?

       Tub: 48 hours
       Vanity/ countertop: 48 hours
       Floors: 24 hours ( after spraying stoneguard)

*What colors do I have to choose from?


      We provide custom color matching as well as premium specialty finishes like stonefleck.

* Will there be an odor?

       We are equipped with ventilation systems that will exhaust most fumes during the 
       refinishing process. Some odor may remain for a few hours.

* Do I need to remove any items from my bathroom?

       We ask that all items be removed prior to our arrival.

* Where will you set up your ventillation system?

      We will need access to a window that will open. We also ask that the screen be removed
       prior to our arrival.

* What if I have a leaky faucet?

       ABSOLUTELY NO WATER can touch the surface of the tub during the refinishing
       process and for several hours after it is complete. We ask that leaky faucets be taken
       care of prior to our arrival or the customer must be willing to turn the water off for
       several hours.

* What geographical area do you service?

       We service the local Columbia area including West Columbia, Lexington, Cayce, Pontiac,
       and Camden. Other areas will be charged .50 cent per mile (round trip) for each trip 
       to complete the job.
